21 Day Challenge...Who is with me?

21 days....three weeks....not even a month....You can do ANYTHING for 21 days right?

This is a different kind of challenge, this is a self-esteem challenge. I challenge you to do ONE thing (make your bed, clean the shower, pushups, jumping jacks, running, vacuuming, whatever) for 21 days and give it your absolute all. Whatever it is, give it every ounce you've got.

Knowing that you're at least doing one thing to your fullest potential will help build your confidence that, yes you can do this. If you kick *kitten* at just one thing, you will know that no matter what, at least you're giving your best to that.
