So this month my period was a curse I ate 100% perfect weighing my food and all!! But my period was holding my weight on. The weight stopped coming off for a week and a half. The morning it ended the weight finally budged but not my normal weight loss for almost 2 weeks. Does this happen to anyone else?. it was really frustrating.

The vast majority of women will experience an increase in water weight in the week leading up TOM. Some will stay off the scale entirely during that time so they don't get discouraged.

I just went through that as well. All is back to normal. On track to lose my 2 per week. But that week it didn't budge much. We retain water. :/ But it's great to see it gone afterward! :)

Yes and even though I know it is going to go down again afterwards, I still freak out and want to throw my scale against the wall lol

Imagine my frustration when mine was a month long!

Yup, very common. Best to either not step on the scale during that time, or just learn to go with the flow (pun wasn't intended, but I found it amusing, so it stays).

Not only do I gain weight during my period, I do not look as lean either. My muscles hide! The week after though, that's the week. I get the most accurate weigh ins and look my best. Then it's all downhill again.

Haha, same. The two or three days after my period starts I lose a whole pound. And no, not from THAT. :p
