I started off 65 days ago... needed (wanted) to lose 80lbs. lost 20 so far... so 60 more to go. Log cals on mfp every day... log everything.... and just maintain a calorie deficit from your bmr. It works.5

I am eating better keeping up with my calorie goal limit, and exercising everyday at least 30 min ....i also actually replaced my lunch with a shake and I've been drinking lots of water ..i have not lost weight, well only 2lbs, but my clothes actually feels better...i hope I start losing the weight lol6

I'm aiming for 70lb intially, lost 35lb so far, so half way there.
Top tips:- Get a food scale
- Aim for 1-1.5lb per week rather than the fastest loss
- Log accurately whether it's a good day or bad day and don't quit because you had a bad day
- Be wary of the food database entries they are user entered - check your labels
- Understand that weight fluctuations are normal - weight loss isn't linear
- Don't restrict yourself from the foods you enjoy unless absolutely necessary. Try and fit them into your calorie allowance. Make small sustainable changes instead of massive drastic ones you can't stick to.

Let's share tip do you have any tip0

Oh forgot to say also be wary of the calorie burns from MFP/Machine Readouts they can be completely overestimated, so whilst MFP intends you to eat back your exercise calories and you should theoretically eat them, be conservative to start with and try eating just 50% back monitor your weight loss progress for 4-6 weeks and adjust as necessary.3
