The drought is about to end "Challenge Anyone"!!!

I haven't been focused for the past few weeks. I think its the weather. This drought with 100+++ degree temperatures has taken a toll on me. I haven't been at the energy level I am used to but today is a new day. I'm setting new goals, but not like before. I am looking to set fitness goals. I am need to challenge myself to do better by increasing my strength, endurance, and frequency.

I am in pretty good shape but I need to get back in the game before I get cut from the team. In May and June I was working out 6 times a week doing a combination of boot camp and body pump. In July, I was lucky to get in 2 times a week, which is not acceptable.

If you know of any motivating challenges, circuit training routines, or plans you can suggest, I would really appreciate it.

    You could look into the Spartan workout or Insanity workout.

    I looked up the Spartan workout. Is it the same as the 300 workout?
