hi im jass im new

im barely turning 18 and start college in the fall i really wanna lose 90 pounds im out of control does anyone know any good food i can eat that is healthy i mean i always exercise i just need to learn to eat right so any ideas i hate egg liver and tomato.

    I find that portion size is just as important as choosing specific foods. The restaurants pile way too much food on a plate and most people just eat too much. So, the first thing I did is reduce portions while continuing to exercise.

    lean meat (chicken breasts, turkey, skinless, baked or grilled)
    Veggies (Try to stay away from veggies high in starch like potatoes and corn, the greener the better)
    Drink lots of water and try to stay away from soda, and juice
    Switch to skim milk or 1 %
    switch to whole grain
    Fruits (careful with bananas)
    The point is to eat healthy calories. If you don't track your calories, you might want to consider doing so. It keeps you accountable for what you eat!
