I've been working on getting healthier since January 2016. I started by cutting out cokes and lost 20 lbs from January- May 2016. In May I joined planet fitness. I walk all the time. I've added yoga, weights and anything else someone suggests. I used to live a life of saying no and now I'm trying to embrace any challenges that come my way. I've been stuck for a bit but trying to get back on track. The full body picture comparison is a year apart. Christmas 2015 - Christmas 2016. That is the pic that convinced me I had to get healthy. So in January 2016 that's what I tried to do. The close up of two pics is Jan 2016 to last week. I have a ways to go and it's still a struggle for me but I'm proud of how far I've came. I'm also thankful for Fitbit and MyFitnessPal for being great tools to help me on this journey.
