Currently looking to get a new fitness tracker as my puppy got ahold of my current one (fitbit charge HR). I am looking for one that is a good all around tracker, moreso than excelling at just one thing. I like the charge 2 for its interchangeable bands (especially since the band is what the pup messed up on the current one), the different workout modes, connected gps, and size. I've also looked at the garmin vivosmart hr+, and I like that it is water resistant, and has built in gps, but I've heard that it's great for running and not so accurate when it comes to strength training. Any thoughts? Any trackers that you love? Thanks!

Garmin vivoactive(Previous model/NoHR) GPS, exchangeable bands. Downloadable faces... under $100.

I have had a Garmin Vivofit, Vivoactive, and a Fénix 3. I don't recommend the Vivofit. I had two that only lasted 6 months each. The first developed a battery contact problem. I got it replaced and the second one's LCD went out.

I thought the Vivofit was great as a general fitness and smart watch for things like running, cycling, and lap swimming. The touch screen was terrible though.

Now I have a Fénix 3 and the only thing I don't love about it it's how huge and heavy it is. The big screen and long battery life are nice though. If you do things outdoors like skiing, rowing, climbing, really there's a ton of sport profiles, it's a good watch. It has basic navigation features too like a compass and you can save waypoints and crudely navigate to them. The new 5 series does more, but I have no experience with them.

I love my Charge HR, but for actual workout routines, nothing will beat my Atlas Wearables. I've worked out off and on for 30 years, and it's everything I could have ever wanted. Next month, they are coming out with an Atlas Shape, which will replace my Fitbit completely.
The Atlas Wearables tracks my exercise, counts my reps, is waterproof, has a built in Heart monitor.....its perfect!
If I could figure out how to post a picture I'd give you a couple screenshots. Simply amazing. But I have nothing allowing me to share a photo.
Can you post pictures in the app or are you all on a PC?

I like my vivoactive HR, but mostly because I hate counting laps when I swim.

No fitness tracker is accurate for strength training.

The Atlas Wearables is, check it out. It's impressive, I've had mine for a year and a half, so I know what I am talking about.

I've never heard of Atlas Wearables. I have Atlas Media headphones which are awesome. Any connection? I was wondering how your wearable count reps. I've tried every free strength training app from the Connect store and they either give me errors or are too inconvenient to use. I really wanted something to keep track of everything instead of using a notebook, not having to manually create an activity would be convenient too, but no luck so far.

ETA, you can post pictures from a PC or the mobile web site, but not the app.

When I get home to my PC, I'll show you what the Atlas does.

They are not connected, they are strictly fitness related.

This is what the Atlas Wearables looks like and does. I love with mine, and will never be without it.
I'll pull up the brand new Atlas Shape and share that as well, but, they are brand new and won't be shipping until next month.

The only thing I would add is, I have never had better customer support in my life. He is a class act, and knows his product(s) too a T.

In closing, i am in no way affiliated with the company, I am strictly a consumer, but have been a weight lifter for 30 years off and on depending on my work schedule. I take it seriously, and Atlas has made it an exciting, rewarding and fun experience. Im looking forward to giving my fitbit away, as I have pre-ordered the Shape as well.
