Great to see the support and acknowledgement So far I've lost 2 pounds (mostly water I'm sure) but that seems ok to me. Bigest problem is getting more active. i know some people are world class cardio and strength but I am working on walking 2 blocks without back pain being referred to hips. So far its coming along slowly but still forward progress.2
