I'm trying again and this time I am going to try to blog (!) and track every day. Trying to keep myself honest and motivated!

    Great to see the support and acknowledgement :) So far I've lost 2 pounds (mostly water I'm sure) but that seems ok to me. Bigest problem is getting more active. i know some people are world class cardio and strength but I am working on walking 2 blocks without back pain being referred to hips. So far its coming along slowly but still forward progress.
