Need motivational friends!!!!!!!!

I've got 20lbs to lose but I can't seem to stick with the diet and exercise like I have been doing. I'll do good for a couple days then completely blow my diet for the rest of the week! It's hard when everyone else around you is not worried about their weight at all!

    Well, budget some treats into your day. Breakfast and lunch for me is well within my calorie limit. Then after a protein and veggie dinner, I have a dessert. It's fresh cherry season here, so I have had a small slice of cherry pie or cherry crumble or cherry cobbler (oh, gawd, when will this end?!) every night with about 4 tablespoons of Reddi Wip for the last two weeks. Sometimes I'll budget in a Ritter Sport mini chocolate bar. Sometimes I'll make a sugar free chocolate Jello pudding. Whatever floats your boat so you don't feel deprived. If you have enough of this stuff on hand, you'll probably have to share but that's what keeps eating fun, right? Just keep logging that food and exercise into MFP and you can reach your goals.

    Add me. Sounds like you're getting burnt out. Probably need a scheduled cheat day but noy a cheat week.
