If you've already started your journey, don't stop. Quitting is the worst disservice you can do to yourself. If you're contemplating starting, find your reason why--better health, to feel good about yourself, look better, or just plain tired of being tired. A year and a half strong and 52 pounds lighter. I've many mistakes but despite every obstacle that I faced, I never gave up!

Thanks everyone. The only tips I really have are to never give up or throw away a week of success because of ONE or two bad days. Get right back on track and forge on.0
