Hi, my name is Rachel and this is my forth day using myfitnesspal and I am really happy with the calorie counting. It's definately made it easier for me to resist a lot of foods that ive always loved but never truly realized were so awful for me. I am slowly learning how to eat healthy, but it it difficult when some things taste so good & make feel so good. I have never had a problem with working out, I walk all the time and work out, but I could never loose the weight because I ate horribly or not at all. I know in order to lose weight, I have to start eating healthy, its just so hard to find the.motivation. So I usually give up when I don't see results. Im hoping this site will give me the motivation I need to keep going.

Hi Rachel, glad to have you join us. I usally never used to count calories but MFP makes it easy. My main thing is making sure my exercise balances with my eating. You keep up the great work. You Can Do It!
