I have 3 play list for working out:
Lifting: mainly heavier hard rock/metal...Creed, Iron Madien, Stryper, Metallica, etc

Work out: a lot of the same bands, but some of the "softer" more commercial songs.

5K: my running playlist. Ok, no laughing...the Rocky IV Sound track. Based on 8min/mi, Eye of the Tiger comes on a little before 2mi. Right befor 3 "Training Montage", when Rocky if running in the snow, chopping wood, etc and "Sweetest Victory" right around 24min as I would cross the finish line.

I have such a diverse song list. It can range from some Pachelbel - REO Speedwagon -LMFAO-MCR--Hed Pe-Ramones-Ciara-Misty Elliot- Bubba Sparxxx -Bob Marley. However, when I work out, I really listen to mostly hip-hop dance beats/Reggaeton/and some Rock. I do love many different genres, and what I listen to during workout usually depends on what I am feeling that morning.

A few years ago i bought an album called Motivation Training 2014 and I still listen to it whenever i do cardio. You get 70 techno songs in total (if I remember right). It's a lazy way to get workout songs but it works. Basically it is to decent music what Circus of Sex vol 3 is to a real relationship. For 3.99.

Impossible - Anberlin... INSANE CARDIO and Love the lyrics:

    I make your lips wet
    And your moans quake
Try to think through what I can do to you
    It's wearing me thin,
Can I begin to wear you out?
