Eating back exercise calories are important as long as you feel that you got the right number. How do you calculate your exercise numbers?0

I'm using the Pacer app to track my steps and have it synced with MFP.0

MFP is set up for you to eat to a net calorie goal. Some people do limit the number of exercise calories they eat back, whether do to potential overestimation of what they burned or saving the calories for later in the week, but that's what you should be doing. Now, if you're following a TDEE calculation, then you're aiming for gross calories as exercise is already factored in.2
