Motivation buddy

I'm 21, 5'7 and 180 pounds. I'm pretty active and eat clean, I just over eat sometimes... well... a lot of the time. I have this goal of getting to 170 lbs but everytime I start making progress, I fall off the wagon. I would love to have someone who I could check in with daily, maybe have a little competition, or talk to when I feel like eating cookies.

    Hey Elane! Im looking for the same thing- I need someone to hold me accountable- I'm 5'7 150 but as I was an athlete my whole life, my body is more comfortable at under 140. Lets do this & stick to our goals!

    Hi! we all fall off the wagon sometimes. We are only human. As long as we keep trying it will all pay off. I'm 25 and I'm 5'3. 140 pounds. I am trying to build more muscle and lose a bit of fat :) I'd love to talk to people who can hold me accountable and vise versa!
