Lots of calories left but no fat?

What do you eat when you have about 500 calories left on the table but you don't have any more fat? I need some suggestions. :)

    Depends on the amount you had from start.. I mean, 500 could be "saved"..
  • Fruits, vegetables, boring stuff like rice cakes, rice, pasta, bread, soup, juice, sweets (although I wouldn't advise this), eggs, most breakfast cereals.
    Etc.

  • I'm at net 1100 right now. I've already had dinner. I know I can have fruits and veggies. I guess about 200 calories worth and leave 300?
  • 1100 is a good net. You don't have to eat too many more calories. If you're hungry, then eat, but if you're not then it won't do you any harm to not eat anything else.
