Motivation needed

I want to.do my best on losing weight on my own no surgery, it's overwhelming for me because both knees are bone on bone the only exercise I could get was going to gym and riding the recumbent bike in the process of doing that I lost 60 Ib I can't afford it now so.i am at home, just here I guess I have a disabled gabby I raise with my daughter she is non verbal and my will to live because she has some health issues I tried to connect people on a recumbent bike for home the price for someone my size was way beyond anything I could handle I want to live not died so I need some suggestions I am 480 pounds

You have the motivation.your disabled gabby. Sounds like you need encouragement. 60 pounds is a lot but the road is long. You can do this. Look how far you come. You can walk outside when the weather permits it. If you have stairs go to Pinterest there are bunch of stair exercise. Look at your gabby she loves you and needs you motivation your doing this so you can be there for her. You got this.0
