    I'm new to slimming world also (only signed up yesterday). How are you finding it all. Im finding it a little hard getting my head around.

    I started slimming world in January and I got my 1 stone award after 4 weeks! Best feeling ever-until I decided to go out and "celebrate", and I suppose I haven't stopped the bad habits since. I put most of the weight back on and have recently started dieting again, its going well and i am following the slimming world principles and using this to calorie count as well, haven't rejoined group though yet. Im still in the mindset of measuring my milk and having the healthy extras
