I would think that finding out you can stop eating at one slice would make your life better. Now you know that you can still fit pizza in to your calories without the risk of eating half of the pizza.9

After eating a whole order of hot wings, I also only eat 1 slice of pizza. Its all about balance.10

I've been avoiding pizza intensely because for me it's like crack. I've been dieting for about 2 weeks now and haven't touched it. I thought about it today and saw that one slice would be over 500 calories and I said nope. I feel like if I were to have pizza, I would have to plan my whole day around it. And I would need at least three accountability buddies to slap my hand after one slice.0
