I feel like I have been on a diet all my life

I have tried all the slimming clubs but can never stick to their diets. So got this app and have been doing my own thing. So far I have lost 2stone 3 pounds. I'm over the moon with my results so far but still have along way to go.

They probably have you on lower cals than necessary with ridiculous restrictions on what you can eat, meaning you "fall off the wagon" easily. Just counting your cals is a much more pleasurable way to do things! Keep it up0 -
Technically in life, everyone is. It's what CONSISTS of that diet and how much someone eats that dictates whether they are overweight, underweight or maintaining.
