Hello my name is Rob and I live in Canada , I've been looking around the community forums for abit but this is my first time posting , I've been using my fitness pal for 67 days now but been losing weight since end of February beginning of March, and going to the gym since May 1st I've always been 250lbs plus since my late teens with 267 being my heaviest this past winter ,I got to the point I was depressed and always tired and my knees and back were always aching and I decided it was time for me to make some changes.. So far I'm down to 201 here is a progress pic I made unfortunately the 2 pics of me when I was bigger are all I had that was full body shot. .

    Hey Rob,
    You are doing great. I have just started using mfp after bursting into tears when hopping on a scale and seeing 93kg. I knew I had put weight on but that was ridiculous, my goal is 75kg.

    Hey thanks! Good luck with your goal, somedays can be hard but if you stick to it you will get there.
