You can't accurately know kcals when weight lifting. Your best bet is to put it in as a cardio workout then it had a rough guess1

I don't log any exercise at all. I stick with keeping track of the food.
There are too many variables to account for with exercise calories - effort, your weight, ambient temperature, current fitness level, etc.
When I get any physical activity, I know that it's a good thing.
I don't want to make this too complicated. If I do, I know that I'm more likely to stop my program.1 -
I enter my lifting as strength training under cardio. Not sure how accurate it actually is, but better than nothing.0
