Hey MFP, I'm Ceri, and I'm pretty new here - first time I've ventured into the forum!
I'm sticking to the 1200 calorie lifestyle at the moment, and really enjoying eating less, but experimenting with food diversity more.
I found MFP great for getting into the habit of good eating, but was struggling with finding the motivation to experiment with anything other than chicken and salad. Instagram has been a great addition to MFP for me to keep motivated, as I've been keeping a food photo diary that helps me stay accountable.
I need more friends on MFP and on Instagram though!.
