Treadmill vs Track

Hi just curious do you all find the treadmill or track tone more effective when it comes to walking

For me being outside is more effective. I like being outdoors and the treadmill is just boring...lol. There is a lot you can do on the treadmill with varying speeds and incline levels so from that standpoint it gives you more options.1

lol exactly how I feel I prefer outside also I was just wondering should I switch up sometimes0

The only way I'm on a treadmill is if it's very cold or raining. You can definitely push your limits on a treadmill though and get a good workout in.1
