Remember, MFP calculates total minutes Monday through Sunday, so you have to MANUALLY add your minutes Thursday through Wednesday.
ALSO remember our goal for week one was 180 exercise minutes, but our goal for week two WILL BE 240 MINUTES!!0 -

Minutes of Exercise: 280 minutes of Cardio, plus lots of strength training throughout
7 things I like about my self: my determination, my care for others, my family, my legs , my new sense of self, my new awareness of being healthy, and the fact that I've lost four pounds in two weeks!
Feel good moment: I get my stitches out from my oral surgery today! Woo hoo! I can't wait. Oh and I am hosting "Girls Night In" tomorrow so I get to start preparing lots of fresh, yummy, healthy recipes for the girls!0 -

7 Things I like about myself: My personality, how great I feel as I become fitter, feeling my muscles develop (admittedly under a layer of fat but they're there), my determination, my hair, my *kitten*, my shape particularly my upper torso (it’s now the smallest part of me!)
Feel good - I had a cruisy day at work (a big change for me) I didnt rush in the office after PT this morning & delegated as much work as possible which is a huge change.0 -
