To stay motivated think how far you have come. You don't want to throw in the towel. It took time to put the weight on, it takes time to lose it . You can do it!!!
I exercise 6 -7 days a week with one bad knee that is bone on bone. Needing a full knee replacement. But I need 44 pounds off to do surgery. Kicking butt to get the weight off. I have lost 16 pounds!!

For most people, diet has the biggest impact on weight. But moderate exercise is good for your health. And healthy eating doesn't mean eating boring food. Maybe you'll be more successful if you look at what you have to do and what you can do forever, (and stop doing what you don't have to do unless you want to, and stop doing what you can't do forever)? Then you don't have to rely on luck and motivation (two very unstable friends).0
