I'm in! First challenge for me. New to MFP.
Huge food changes here too - 4 weeks in, no meat, no dairy (except eggs & fish).
Weigh-in is 144 lbs.

I did the first 6 week challenge and lost 15.5lbs.
I am looking forward to this and will continue doing the same of eating 1,200 calories PLUS all my exercise calories. As I do a lot of exercise - 6 days a week including: PT sessions, Classes (HIIT, Body Pump, Spinning) plus lots of walking and Horse riding 4-5 times a week ... my food intake can be very high. I am off on holiday next week ... that will be a real test for me - hopefully I will find some balance.

Hi my name is Nicole 39 years old and I would like to join. My major achievements this year is cracking the 80kgs. Considering that up until only four years ago I have always weighed in at my 60's. So a fair weight gain if i do say myself. My major issue is that I have taught myself to eat monster portions of everything. In this four year period I have dropped a decent amount of weight once, but unsustainable. It required a huge amount of exercise which due to my 60+ hour working week plus being a mum and wife was not sustainable . This time i would like to take it slowly, cut back huge meals and take out the amount of carbs consumed. Love my carbs!!!!! (Height 5"2)

@szarrella - that is an average of 2.5lbs a week ... that is losing weight quickly not slowly1 -
I'm in also! Thank you. I have been looking for something like this. I continue to hover in the low 170's and it is not a healthy or comfortable weight for me. I plan to start lifting heavier and moving more throughout the day!

Hey all! I have been on MFP since 2011, but this is my first challenge! I just got the scale to start moving after my second child (born in 2015). I was reluctant to start calorie counting again as I get obsessed. I need to keep a better eye though, especially as work gets hectic over the next little bit. Here we go!!

I plan on continuing 1200 cal day and work out at least 4 days per week. I would workout everyday but my work schedule prohibits due to time. I do not eat back my workout calories. Challenge will be 2 weeks of vacation in the middle of the challenge !! But I'm committed. If anyone wants to friend me my diary will be open. Good luck3 -
