Was feeling great and have done extremely well in the first month! Tomorrow is our one month weigh in and I am down 30 pounds in the first month. We are eating well and I am getting out and getting some walking in 3-4 nights each week.

Went to upload the picture for my one month weigh in, and was very discouraged as it doesn't look like I have gotten anywhere. When you start at 380, and currently set at 350, clearly it's only a drop in the bucket as I have about 100 to go.

30 lbs is amazing. Tommrow at the gym pick up a 30 lb weight and walk around holding it. 30 lbs is spectacular

Also consider that you might not see yourself and your appearance objectively. Losing 30 lbs is a real, objective achievement!

Congrats!! I'd be willing to bet that your pics does show changes. Perhaps you have unrealistic expectations about what you want to see. It takes long time to reset your mind!

30 pounds is amazing progress! I know it can be disheartening when it look like you've gotten nowhere but trust the process and let the numbers be your motivation! The look WILL follow! :#

Start taking measurements, you may not think there is a difference in a photo but I can gaurentee a 30lb loss means there is some inches lost

There's a difference, you just aren't able to notice it. Start taking measurements if you don't believe it :)

You're doing an awesome job. Keep it up.
