Just wrapping up my second day on my mission of better health over the long term. I am a full time student/part time laborer, and feel like I have hit a rut and have been on a backslide health-wise. I heard about this site, and the handy Droid App, from my sister, so I figured I should utilize the tools and community provided to do something good with my body and my time. Glad to be joining the community :)
