    I only need to lose .9 pounds this next week to meet my goal. Very exciting.

    Successes / struggles this week: went on a hike to a hidden falls it was a 6 k walk with an altitude increase of 1232 feet with was quite the walk. then the next day we went to a car show. that was a lot of fun but I had a sunburn on the back for my neck from the day before which made it every painful. Eating right when out is hard, especially when you know who it would be cooked at home and that isn't how they are doing it.

    Successes / struggles The weight was good this week last week based on my diet I should have lost half a kg but gained. This week I should have lost a kg. If we ignore last weeks weight I am practically on the dot for the fortnight.
    So I am chalking it up to water retention last week and feeling like things are going good.

    Sucesses this week managed to get to the gym 3 times and stick with the eating monday trough thursday.

    Fails i do tend to overeat acording to the diet plans during the weekend. Based on next weeks weiging I will make a descision on wheter to only weigh in every other week. Due to me not beeing as clear of the monthly fluctuations as I would like to be.

    Struggles have been during period week I gained 7lbs, but this was thankfully water retention and went away.

    Ok, so last two week I was in maintenance. I guess it's ok. I eat tons of watermelons. I was totally inactive.

    Successes / struggles this week: Gosh darn it, I was on a streak but I knew it couldn't last forever. I think I am a little bloated due to my impending TOM. I have to be better about my wine consumption too, I was not good about that last week and that could also be a factor. It is really my only vice but it certainly seems to effect my results. I did get some good workouts in last week so I feel good about that and look forward to a better week ahead, I only need to drop 2 lb in the week to hit my goal, I know I can do it!

    Successes / struggles this week: I weighed myself a few times throughout the week and did see some lower numbers. Yesterday was an accidental free for all food day so maybe a bit of retention today. Going to give it my all this last week! I'm not sure I'll get back into the 130's this month but it shouldn't be too much longer.

    Successes / struggles this week: Well, I had 6 out of 7 pretty strict days, then Saturday was a bit of a blow, not too bad though, just an evening where I said, "*&^%%$ it"....still did 3 days of lifting, and Saturday I went fishing/hiking, so I am not too upset. One more week.

    Hang in there! You can do it! The good workouts you got in last week will start showing this week! I'm really inspired by all of the people on here... I think I'll try it next month! (I love exclamation points... Im not really yelling...lol!)
