Who's on Keto and how's it going for you? Do you ever go over on protein and still manage to stay in Ketosis?

    Protein is not likely to kick you out of ketosis unless you are eating well over 200g of protein a day. Moderate protein levels should not affect your ability to reach ketosis.

    I've been ketogenic for a couple of years now. It's worked very well for me, in losing and maintaining.

    I started the first week of June and really like it. I started at 410 pounds and am down to 384 - and that's counting a week where my grandmother died and I ate potatoes, chocolate and pasta to run from my feelings. without that I'd be down even more.
