Hello!

I'm at the point where I know I've got to destroy this excess fat. I say destroy instead of lose because...I once heard if you say you want to lose something then it needs to be found. I don't want to find it anymore. :D I have sleep apnea because of my obesity. I have hypertension because of my sleep apnea. I wake up with migraines every morning because of my sleep apnea. I know the long term effects and it's just plain stupid for me to continue these bad habits and shorten my life. I'll be checking in frequently for motivation. Hope to chat with all of you during my journey.

Danielle

Good for you for wanting to do this - definitely is a lifestyle change. I'm also on a weight loss journey, feel free to add me and we can support each other.

Absolutely. I was overweight in excess of 100lbs. High blood pressure, sleep apnea, borderline diabetes. After loosing 48 lbs this year, I am no longer borderline diabetic, off blood pressure meds and my CPAP is history.
