I'm New too!

Hey everyone,
so I'm a new member here and I guess I'm looking for a little bit of support and some ideas on ways to change my mindset and life style. I'm pretty young and only a little overweight, so it would be nice to healthy and have my weight under control.
Thanks to anyone who wants to help me with that because I hope we can work towards our goals together.

    Hey,

    Welcome as well, I'm also new in serious training and in this new world of calories counting, etc. I'm not as young as you, I'm not overweighted neither, I'm so unshaped and looking awful comparing two years ago so ... let work it out right?

    I've been told that I need to switch fat with muscles but not loosing weight (110lbs) and I need to eat protein but I am a vegetarian :S

    I just got me a very nice and easy to follow book about Low Carb life style... I like it.
