Hi there everyone! I'm 20 and trying to gain muscle in some areas and trim down others. Trying to maintain a healthy weight in the process. I'm 5'4" and 107lbs. I'd like to focus on bulking up my arm muscles and building a bigger butt

Consuming protein with a low carb ratio is important to gaining muscle while focusing on trimming down in other areas. Functional muscle building workouts such as heavier weight / low reps will also help.1
