What are some fast food items or "junk" foods that you wish were healthier?
Hmm, so I make a hell of a good stromboli from scratch.
I've never thought to calorie count it, because that would be insane. But I would a loaf of this w/ a bottle of wine every single day if it were "healthy" to do so .

Healthy depends on any diet restrictions someone has due to overall health and medical conditions.
For me it would be sushi (high in sodium), nachos and pizza.0 -
Cheesecake. If cheesecake had the macros of a pint of Arctic Zero, life would be golden.0

Idk about the rest of y'all but I love how a bunch of us reflexively posted our favorite cheat/junk foods and then realize they have a twin as soon as we scroll up.1

Since all food-grade stuff is edible to most persons, the stuff I wish were healthy and edible is stuff such as plastic bottles and 6-pack rings which we'd be able to eat rather than discard to pollute the planet. We actually may be able to consume these things at high cost if they are soy-based, but I want it edible and cheap enough to be the economically preferred item.2

Cheese fries. The more mysterious the cheese sauce, the better.
Don't get me wrong, I love all kinds of real cheese. But that neon orange stuff is best on spuds.2 -

Oh yeah, alcohol. That's a good one.
Honestly alcohol is what has gotten me into trouble in the past. I make TERRIBLE eating decisions when I'm drinking and then for hours afterwards if I'm trying to "fix" a hangover.
Had to give it up. Only 1-2 drinks a week now, if that.0 -
