:smile: Just want to say "Hello" to everyone here.... Lost 42 lbs , on a weight loss program, the 1st one I've ever had to use, & just need to get to gripes with keeping at this weight...Love the database, that's what got me directed onto this site, which I know I shall be using!!     Hi again to all of you that replied, just finding my way around this site, (actually managed to get the right photo to download, so that is a good start) BUT I'm not too good on how things work, as yet.... on this site, so please don't think I'm being rude or ignoring you, it's just that me & computers never seem to see eye to eye... , haven't worked out the "friends" part yet, love the site so far! lol mx
