Hey everyone

Options
So recently I started logging my meals and trying to stay within my goals, but how do you stay active when you have a desk job? I go to the pool when I get home but if I do that then I dont really have time to do anything else I need to get done for that day. So what are some suggestions on what to do while I'm work since that's where I spend most of my day?

    I'm at the gym by 6am, walk to work and at my desk job by 8:30. I take any opportunity to get up from my desk and get some steps in, I walk home. Rinse, repeat.

    i walk on -every- single.break. and i take any chance to do more walking. most day i get off the bus a few stops early to add in more walking. stairs. will lift heavy boxes of paper and such when i can.
    just use any and every chance you can to either stand instead of sit and move instead of sit. if you're on the phone try to stand etc etc. it's not easy but every little thing helps
