I have just finished signing up for this app. I met with my nutritionist for the first time today due to the fact that I just found out yesterday I have hypothyroidism. I have been trying to figure out why for the first time in my 42 years of life I have put on weight and am not able to lose it. So all of my goals are now down and in black and white so they must be true, right? lol. Anyways, I am looking forward to seeing my results as soon as possible.

    Welcome and good luck. I just had blood work done yesterday to see if I have hypothyroidism. All of a sudden I have been unable to lose weight along with many other symptoms. You can do this. Take it one day at a time.
