Options
I have the same meal everyday for breakfast, #1 because I know the stats and #2 because it's so delicious!

1 C Kashi GoLean
1/2 C fresh mixed berries
1/2 C Silk Milk light- original
+1 Splenda

A gigantic cup of Pete's coffee
1/2 C Silk Milk light- original
+2-3 Splenda (guilty of the Splenda sweet tooth ; )

What are you having?

Today, I'm making myself a feta and spinach omelet (with two whole eggs... :flowerforyou: ), fresh strawberries and a lovely cup of green tea with blue agave nectar.

    Happy Friday everyone!

I almost always have a plain Greek yogurt with whatever berries I have on hand. On race day I have raw oats with raisins, chia seeds, and slivered almonds topped with vanilla soy milk.

I am on a low carb diet, restricting my carbs to 80 or 90 a day and under 1500 calories. I usually have one of the following 3 breakfasts:

    1. 1 boiled egg with 3 slices of turkey bacon, occasionally with a slice of Sara Lee 45 calorie toasted bread- 1 carb without toast and 8 carbs with the toast

    2. 2 scrambled eggs with a few jalapenos mixed in, 2 slices of bacon, couple of table spoons of vanilla yogurt with a few berries and grapes - Between 9 and 15 carbs depending on the fruit

    3. 2 egg omelet with cheese, spinach, and jalapenos with 2 slices bacon - 6 carbs

I am trying to lower my carb intake as well. These are great breakfast ideas, similar to what I already eat. Wish I could find that sara lee bread I keep seeing everyone talking about.
