Had a bit of an issue that landed me on a short stay at the local hospital back in January. So making a serious (this time) attempt at better health. Been eating a mostly clean food diet for about 25 days while exercising everyday. Walk jog and bicycle. My diet sucked before. Also just quit smoking after 30 years. My energy level is through the roof. My history is to just stop doing all of the good stuff in short order. ( I have a tendency to get the 'expletive' it's) but this is about living now. So maybe some community interaction will help me stay motivated.

    Congrats on taking back your health! I too just started chatting with the community and it seems to be helping already. And congrats on quitting smoking. I use to and know how hard it is to stop! It took me a second to figure out what the "*kitten" it's" are but yeah I get those too. :-)

    Good for you.

    Don't just do cardio, though; you should also be lifting weights.
