I'm just getting started. I'm trying the keto diet this time. Any suggestions on high fat low carb meals? Add me if you'd like. I would appreciate the accountability.

Hi! Here are some products I have been buying. Was just my one month on keto yesterday. I LOVE it!

Bacon and cheddar stuffed chicken breast. Cook your bacon floppy and cut it up. I use about 1 piece per breast. Add about 1 cup grated sharp cheddar. Set aside. I cut each breast in half to make them thin. Lay chicken out flat and put handful of bacon and cheese in each breast piece. Fold over ( stick a toothpick in it). Cook 350 for 30 minutes.2
