Ok, I know what and how. It's not that. I guess it's always been eating like the perception of others eat. For me, it's the discipline of eating. See I was raised on a farm, often working long hours and often in the heat. When I was too young to work I put on weight because I ate like a farm hand and was not burning the calories. When I stated working, the weight came off. Later in life when I left the farm and became a college student, I gained the weight again. Then came my job in technology within an office building, marriage and kids. My focus for ever changed. Now my kids are older and I have more time. I guess I'm having issues focusing on myself again. I want a lean body, I want to be healthy and more than that I want to be a good example for my children. So, I make a promise to myself to make this happen as a healthy me will be less impact on my children as I age and I want it for myself.
