Cannacanna Soup
Super hearty. Makes four quarts. Serving size one cup.
1. Brown 1.25 lbs of ground turkey.
2. Prepare 1 cup of brown rice.
3. Add turkey and rice to 4 quart pot.
4. Add 1 can of no salt added Ro-tel
5. Add 1 can of reduced sodium pinto.

6. Add 1 can of no salt added mixed
vegetables.
7. Add 1 can of no salt added corn.
8. Add 1 can of no salt added black
beans.
9. Add 1 can of organic chick peas.
10. Heat thoroughly and enjoy.

Thanks for the recipe. This looked really good when you posted it over in the other thread.
I make something similar without the mixed vegs and with more tomatoes. I also put in about 300 g. of baked sweet potato -- it melts right in so sweet potato haters wouldn't even notice but it rounds out the flavor. I also put in some ground cumin (because then I can call it chili).3 -
I'll have to give that a try. It sounds great! And mine is actually more of a chili consistency rather than soup. I do throw some chili powder in the bowl when I'm reheating it.0
