5 Colours of the Rainbow Challenge
Red = week 1: loose 1kg = 2 pounds
Orange = week 2: wk1 + no eating after 8pm till 5am (not even a fruit, water only).
Yellow = week 3: wk1+wk2+ wash your teeth 3 times a day: twice with whitening toothpaste once with purely fluoride.
Green= week 4: wk1+wk2+wk3+ do something different 3 times this week, something you normally don't do, procrastinate or don't even think of doing. Write it down. Burn/ throw out the record at the end of the week.
Blue = week 5: wk1+wk2+wk3+wk4 (3 times) + maximise exercise, if you're already active give yourself a kick this last week.
Aim: to lose weight ( 5kg=10pounds or more; to have better mouth hygiene and healthier teeth; to have better mental health and experience life more; to push yourself and maximise end results)
