Hi everyone, I'm new round here, I've been using MFP for about a month, I've lost 10lb so far...
I train 5-6 times a week mainly strength or Metcon sessions.
I get married in 3 weeks so primarily my goal was to lose inches to get in my dress, which I've managed to do... But after the wedding I want to continue my fitness and healthy eating habits to become stronger and leaner.

    Hi Wileykit, congrats on yiur upcoming wedding!
    Kudos to you for losing 10 lbs!. I've been 3 weeks on this and have only lost 6..
    I've been looking at some spiralised recipes for low calorie high protein... Have you head or seen them?
