First time HIIT Treadmill

Finally tried my first session of HIIT Cardio on the Treadmil today! Here are the results! Also how many days a week should I do this? If say 3 times a week, can I still do steady state cardio the other days?

I take it this was run/ walk intervals?
Personally I'd suggest getting hold of a Couch to 5K plan and working that up on the dreadmill. In 8 weeks that'll have you covering about 3 miles in 30 minutes of continuous running, rather than just run/ walk. A C25K plan would normally suggest training on alternate days, but you can put in some form of cross training in on non running days. Good complimentary activities are cycling, swimming, strength training of some kind.
