So I went over my calorie goal last night..........way over. But I have a plan. I went over by about 650 calories, I was thinking since I zigzag my calories that I could take a couple hundred off from tonights and exercise for additional calorie burn but not count it, and then another couple hundred off sat night and that would even me back up for the week without going overboard and eating under 1200 calories just to catch up. Do you think this will work?

LOL!!! I feel your pain. I celebrated my 9th anniversary yesterday with my wife. I was doing good until dinner time. I ate 2010 calories in dinner alone. Since I workout a lot, I'm not really worried. I will consider it one of my zigzag meals. Your plan sounds like it'll work. But log in your exercise. Log everything in. Stay true to that.

I was at a ladies retreat over the weekend and didn't realize it was also PMS time. I ate so much chocolate I don't even want to think about it! I have no idea how many calories I ate over the course of the weekend but I got back on track this week and this morning I was down a little. As long as we get back to it and don't just have a continued free for all, it will all work out! Your plan sounds like a good one. :)
