I like and eat a variety of foods, so it's impossible and pointless to try to pick favorites, and I don't really follow recipes, and I don't even cook lunch normally. No foods or meals are in themselves healthy; diets are more and less healthy - you can look up your nutritional needs, but how to define good nutrition is also up to ideology and personal values. And taste is very individual. Have you tried a cookbook? Or you could google meal name+recipe, or ask for specific recipes in the Recipe forum.3

I too eat a wide variety. This week's lunches have been taco, ham and sauerkraut on a sandwich, sausage and cabbage skillet, and a buffalo chicken casear salad made with morningstar nuggets chopped up.0 -
Lunch - typically leftovers
Dinner - whatever deliciousness we are in the mood for that evening. We eat a large variety of meals. This time of the year the choice is often driven by whatever the garden is producing the most of at the moment. The struggle is real trying to eat or preserve it before it goes bad.
A few recent examples:
* Patty pan squash stuffed with mixed whole grains, andouille sausage, onions, garlic and peppers, topped with munster cheese.
* Blackened catfish, green beans, fresh tomato and cucumber salad
* Penne pasta tossed with olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, basil, zucchini and peppers
* Venison backstrap stir fried with peppers, summer squash and green beans, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers on the side
* Pizza - w fresh pesto, tomatoes, onions and peppers
* Grilled chicken with fresh veggie salad (onion, tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, swish chard, bibb lettuce, fresh herbs, dressed with balsamic and olive oil)
* Grilled fresh jumbo shrimp and rainbow carrots with side salad
* Bbq pork chops with pickled green beans and grilled potatoes
