Hey all,

My name is Abigail and I am from the UK but living currently in the UAE. Yesterday I started my weight loss journey officially. I have loss weight before but gained it again after having children. Now it seems so hard but I know it doesn't have to be with the right support and motivation. So... I've got LOADs to loose approximately 100pounds. Need to up the exercise as well. Any one up to teaming up to be each other's pillar of support, reach out. Male or female. I just require you to be positive, motivated and consistent. Look forward to hearing from you. Abz :)

    I like your positive attitude Abigail. I'd love to support you along your journey. I am from the UK but reside in Canada. I too have list my weight before but I yo-yo back up and down. Currently my weight is up but I would like to lose the weight and keep it off. I believe that having a positive support system helps with that so if you're still interested in support I would like to be on your team.
