New to the site! Please help me on this journey!

Hi- I am new to the site. I was previously on Weight Watchers for over a year, but the new PointsPlus program was not working as well for me as the old progam. I had lost 22lbs before the PointsPlus Program. During the PointsPlus program I had gained back 5lbs. So, I now have 15 more pounds until goal. I am geting frustrated and discouraged. I would love to find some friends to keep me motivated and accountable! Come this fall, I am transferring colleges and will be away from home. I need to continue with my healthy eating habits while continue to improve myself :)

    Hi you have found a good thing this site realy works and if u have an i phone download the free ap ive lost 15 kilos. This method of weight los i feel teaches life skills. I feel weight watchers is controlled and you dont realy learn. Buy yourself a set of food scales and read all the packaging. Knowlegde is power. I have learnt so much in the last 4 months. In australia food portion sizes are just crazy.

    I have heard a few say they aren't happy with the new point system. I have never tried it , but do believe that with good support and a few changes to diet and exercise, it can be done.

    The PointsPlus program works for those who were not midway through the old system. Of course, I was midway on the old system. Also, I kept track both on here and Weight Watchers. Based on the PointsPlus Program, I was eating over what I should be for a weight loss of one pound a week. This probably contributed to the 0pt fruits and veggies.
