    @92joann it probably started being by noticeable by about 2.5/3 stone.
    Mentally I'm still picking up clothes that are much bigger than I need so I guess I need to train my mind x

    That's around when I'm expecting to see it, I feel something's about to start changing soon, I'm down 2 stone so praying it happens soon. My size 14 jeans are just waiting patiently to see daylight again

    WOW to lose that amount in a year is amazing! I've been soldiering on for around 18 months and managed to lose 2st 6lb i'm finding it hard to shift the last few lbs. You look incredible :)
